E con questa saranno quindici! Quindici anni di avventure ed emozioni per la regina degli Adventouring internazionali. Per questo l’intenzione è di creare un’altra edizione memorabile, una festa con tanti partecipanti di più nazionalità e tanti campioni del mondo dei rally, dell’enduro e della Dakar. Ma la novità più importante sarà l’introduzione di una nuova sfida con un nuovo percorso. Si chiamerà EXTREME 1000 ed il nome dice tutto. Vuole essere la HAT delle HAT, un vero cimento di 1000 km tutti d’un fiato, di notte e di giorno, per 40 piloti selezionati per i quali verrà riservato un trattamento particolare tra cui un ristoro-bivacco speciale in mezzo alla natura. Alla HAT EXTREME 1000 si parteciperà da soli nel più puro spirito d’avventura per consacrarsi top adventouriders.
La HAT SANREMO – SESTRIERE, già nota come HARDALPITOUR, è un viaggio/cavalcata attraverso le Alpi di Liguria e Piemonte da affrontare senza ambizione agonistica, ma condividendo la passione per la moto e volto alla riscoperta dei percorsi sterrati e strade a fondo naturale delle Alpi. La sua caratteristica principale, che la differenzia da tutti gli altri eventi motociclistici di adventouring, è la guida in notturna: un’esperienza indimenticabile! Per questo sono richieste autonomia e responsabilità: ogni partecipante valuterà liberamente i tracciati previsti forniti, potrà fermarsi per riposarsi nei punti di ristoro dislocati lungo tutto il percorso, per arrivare alla meta di Sestriere.
Quest’anno ci saranno cinque categorie:
- la HAT Vintage, riservata alle moto immatricolate prima del 1993
- la HAT Discovery, un “entry level” con percorso diviso in due giornate, senza la guida in notturna
- la HAT Classic, la tradizionale cavalcata di 24 h con guida notturna
- la HAT Extreme, dedicata ai più ardimentosi, con 36 h di guida e due notturne, con numero di partecipanti limitato.
- la HAT Extreme 1000, riservata a coloro che abbiano partecipato almeno una volta alla HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE EXTREME.
La 15a edizione della HAT SANREMO – SESTRIERE avrà luogo dall’ 8 al 10 settembre 2023.
Il luogo di ritrovo e partenza sarà SANREMO, l’arrivo a SESTRIERE.
IMPORTANTE: Per partecipare alla HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE è obbligatorio tesserarsi a Over2000riders+ AICS, secondo la formula indicata nella pagina “Adesione all’Associazione”. Sarà possibile iscriversi alla associazione OVER2000RIDERS e all’evento contestualmente, con un unico ordine online e un unico pagamento. La tessera AICS necessaria sarà rilasciata a partire dal decimo giorno successivo alla data di pagamento dell’iscrizione e da quella data sarà utilizzabile.
ATTENZIONE: L’iscrizione online alla HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE costituisce una semplice prenotazione con validità di 2 settimane, trascorse le quali, in mancanza di pagamento, la vostra prenotazione verrà cancellata. La partecipazione viene confermata solo nel momento in cui il vostro bonifico sarà pervenuto sul conto Over2000riders e avrete ricevuto la mail di conferma, completa di ricevuta di pagamento.
La HAT Sanremo Sestriere è giunta alla sua 15a edizione, e stiamo studiando nuove iniziative per renderla ancora più coinvolgente.
- La sede di partenza sarà ancora la città di Sanremo. Confermiamo sia il primo tratto di percorso nell’entroterra ligure, attraverso i comuni di Bajardo, Apricale e Pigna, sia dei nuovi tratti nelle Vie Marenche che sono stati molto apprezzati da tutti i partecipanti.
- La versione VINTAGE è riservata alle moto immatricolate prima del 1993, ha durata di un giorno (sabato 9 settembre), ha un percorso dedicato, ed è destinata a coloro che desiderino guidare la loro moto “storica” lungo un percorso ADVENTOURING. La versione VINTAGE partirà il sabato mattina e terminerà il sabato sera a BOVES.
- La versione DISCOVERY di questa 15a edizione HAT avrà durata di due giorni e sarà possibile parteciparvi sia singolarmente sia in gruppo (di due). Il percorso del primo giorno coinciderà con quello della Classic, con pernottamento a carico del partecipante il sabato notte nella zona di Boves. La ripartenza avrà luogo la domenica mattina su parte del percorso della Classic con alcuni nuovi tratti su strade sterrate. La Discovery è la categoria adatta a chi si vuole avvicinare per la prima volta alla HAT e vuole vivere l’atmosfera del viaggio senza l’impegno della guida per 24 ore consecutive con notturna.
- La versione CLASSIC è quella tradizionale, adatta a motociclisti già esperti che vogliono cimentarsi in una 24 ore non-stop con guida in notturna. Parte il sabato mattina e arriva la domenica pomeriggio a Sestriere. Rispetto all’edizione del 2022 sono previsti con alcuni nuovi tratti su strade sterrate.
- Per la versione EXTREME il numero di posti è limitato a 140. Parte il venerdì sera e termina a Sestriere la domenica pomeriggio. Si tratta di un vero viaggio della durata di circa 40-42 ore, su di un percorso di circa 900 km. I piloti potranno usufruire del supporto logistico dei punti di ristoro indicati e da un punto di sosta/riposo dedicato ed attrezzato al coperto. Si conferma il transito a Punta Fraiteve a 2700 mt s.l.m. con l’impegnativa discesa verso Sestriere.
- La versione EXTREME MILLE è la versione celebrativa della 15a edizione della HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE, è destinata solo a coloro che veramente vogliano vivere un’esperienza di viaggio avventuroso in solitaria, lungo percorsi impegnativi, una sfida per mettere alla prova le proprie capacità di guida e di navigazione ma in sicurezza potendo contare sull’assistenza sanitaria dell’organizzazione. Riservata a chi abbia partecipato almeno una volta alla HAT EXTREME, la EXTREME MILLE ha solo 40 posti. La lunghezza percorso è di circa 1000 km con nuovi tratti inediti e sfidanti. Parte il venerdì sera e termina a Sestriere la domenica pomeriggio. Si tratta di un vero viaggio della durata di circa 44 ore, su di un percorso di circa 1000 km. I piloti potranno usufruire del supporto logistico e di servizi riservati alla categoria EXTREME MILLE. Per motivi di sicurezza legati alla stanchezza accumulata durante l'evento, consigliamo ai partecipanti di questa categoria in particolare di fermarsi a dormire a Sestriere alla fine della manifestazione. Nella sezione INFO di seguito sono presenti le strutture alberghiere convenzionate.
Sono ammesse alla manifestazione le moto pluricilindriche da entro-fuoristrada e quelle monocilindriche non specialistiche, con peso superiore ai 150 kg, dotate di impianto di illuminazione perfettamente funzionante e con requisiti tecnici conformi al Codice della Strada.
Requisiti mezzi e categorie particolari:
- Per ciascun gruppo è ammessa la presenza di una motocicletta con peso inferiore ai 150 kg, quindi tale gruppo potrà essere composto da due moto con peso superiore ai 150 kg e una moto con peso inferiore ai 150 kg.
- I piloti di sesso femminile possono partecipare con moto con peso inferiore ai 150 kg, purché a 4 tempi.
- I piloti minorenni posso partecipare con moto con peso inferiore ai 150 kg (nella stessa squadra dovrà essere presente uno dei genitori del minorenne).
- Per gli scooter non esiste limite di peso, ma devono essere maggiori di 125cc
Per i partecipanti di età inferiore ai 21 anni al momento dell’iscrizione è previsto uno sconto sulla quota di partecipazione.

It wants to be the HAT of HATs, a real 1000 km challenge all in one go, by night and by day, for 40 selected riders for whom special treatment will be reserved, including a special bivouac-restaurant in the middle of nature. At the HAT EXTREME 1000 you will participate alone in the purest spirit of adventure to consecrate yourself top adventouriders.
The HAT SANREMO – SESTRIERE, also known as HARDALPITOUR, is a tour/ride through the Alps in Piedmont and Liguria to make with no competitive ambitions, but just sharing the passion for riding a motorcycle, and to rediscovery of minor road networks and natural dirt roads of the Alps. Its main feature that differentiates it from all other adventouring motorcycle events, is the night ride: an unforgettable experience! For this reason, autonomy and responsibility are the basic requirements: every participant will be free in evaluating the provided tracks to follow, you can stop to rest in one of the refreshment points located along the route, in order to reach safely the destination of Sestriere.
We propose again four categories of HAT:
- HAT Vintage, dedicated to motorcycles registered before 1993
- HAT Discovery, the entry level whose route is divided into two days with no night ride
- HAT Classic, the traditional 24-hour-long non-stop ride
- HAT Extreme, dedicated to the most “daring” bikers, capable to drive for 36 hours, facing two nights of ride. Limited places.
- HAT Extreme 1000, open to those bikers who have participated at least once to the HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE EXTREME.
This HAT SANREMO – SESTRIERE 15th Edition takes place in September, from 8th to 10th 2023
The meeting and starting point is SANREMO, the arrival point is SESTRIERE.
IMPORTANT: To take part in the HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE it is mandatory to become a member of Over2000riders and AICS, according to the format shown at the page “How to become a member” of website www.over2000riders.com. It is possible to sign in for the OVER2000RIDERS membership as well as for the event at the same time, placing a single online order and by a single payment. The Over2000riders and AICS membership card is issued by the tenth day from the date of payment and its validity starts that very day.
ATTENTION PLEASE: The online registration to the HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE is just a mere booking whose validity is two weeks: after this period, should your payment still be missing, your booking will be cancelled. Your participation to the event is confirmed only against evidence of your payment by bank transfer to the Over2000riders account. Then, you will receive a confirmation email with attached payment receipt.
The HAT Sanremo Sestriere is at its 15th edition and we are thinking over new initiatives to make it even more involving.
The starting point will be again the city of Sanremo. We confirm both the first part of the route in the Ligurian hinterland, through the villages of Bajardo, Apricale and Pigna, as well as the new stretch of road in Vie Marenche: a new suggestive itinerary that participants had the opportunity to appreciate.
- The HAT VINTAGE for motorcycles registered before 1993 takes place on Saturday September 8th and it is dedicated to those who want to try an adventouring route by a historical motorcycle. The VINTAGE will start Saturday morning and finish Saturday night in the village of BOVES.
- The HAT DISCOVERY of this 15th edition of HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE will last two days and will be open to single biker as well as small groups of two/three bikers. The route of the first day will coincide with the one of the Classic. On Saturday night bikers will stay overnight in the village of Boves, near Cuneo. Please note that this overnight accommodation is fully paid by the participant. The restart will be Sunday morning along the Classic route with some new stretches on dirt road. The Discovery is an opportunity for those who want to take part to our event for the first time and want to experience the atmosphere of the trip without driving for 24 consecutive hours and at night.
- The HAT CLASSIC is the “traditional one”, suitable for expert motor-bikers who want to try their hands in the 24-hour non-stop challenge, including the night ride. It starts from Sanremo on Saturday morning, and it finishes at Sestriere on Sunday afternoon. New stretches of dirt road will be included in this edition.
- The HAT EXTREME has only 140 available places. It starts on Friday night and finishes at Sestriere Sunday afternoon. This is a real 40-42-hour trip, whose route is about 900 km long. Each biker can rely on the skills and resources of the team, as well as make use of the refreshment points located on the route and of an additional and check/stopover indoor point where to relax. The transit in Punta Fraiteve, 2700 m a.s.l is confirmed. Its descent to Sestriere is quite challenging!
- The HAT EXTREME 1000 is the celebratory version of the 15th edition of the HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE, is intended only for those who really want to live a solo adventure on hard routes, a challenge to test your driving and navigation skills in safe conditions as you can rely on the Over2000riders assistance. The number of places is limited to 40 and open to those bikers who have participated at least once to the HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE EXTREME. The route length is about 1000 km with new stretches and new challenges. It starts on Friday evening and ends in Sestriere on Sunday afternoon. It is a real trip of about 44 hours, whose itinerary is about 1000 km. Participants can take advantage of the logistical support and services reserved to the EXTREME 1000 category. For safety reasons related to the fatigue accumulated during the event, we advise participants in this category in particular to stay overnight in Sestriere at the end of the event. In the INFO section below you will find the participating hotels.
Recommended motorcycles for this event are the off-road multi-cylinder motorcycles, as well as the single-cylinder motorcycles, having a weight exceeding 150 kg. The lighting system of the motorcycle shall be in perfect conditions and be in conformity with technical requirements of the Traffic Laws.
Motorcycle requirements and special categories:
- The use of a motorcycle whose weight is less than 150 kg is allowed only for one biker in a team. So, this team will be made up by two motorcycles weighing more than 150 kg and 1 motorcycle weighing less than 150 kg.
- Women are allowed to participate riding motorcycle lighter than 150 kg, provided that the motorcycle has a 4-stroke engine.
- Minors may take part with motorcycles lighter than 150 kg. Their participation is allowed provided that there is one parent in the same team.
- Scooters: no weight limit, but they must have an engine higher than 125cc.
Participants who are younger than 21 years at the moment of registration will have a discount on the entry fee as shown in the registration form.
Special Awards will be established to participants by age (e.g. “the youngest biker” and “the not-so young and expert biker”) by the farthest country of biker’s origin and other requirements.

Le HAT SANREMO-SESTRIERE /déjà connu sous le nom de HARDALPITOUR, est un voyage/ballade à travers les Alpes de la Ligurie et du Piémont à affronter hors de toute ambition sportive compétitive, mais en partageant la passion pour la moto et adressé à la redécouverte des chemins de terre et des routes à fond naturel des Alpes. Sa caractéristique principale, qui le différencie de tous les autres événements de moto adventouring, est le roulage de nuit : une expérience incontournable! Pour cela, autonomie et responsabilité sont requises: chaque participant évaluera librement les tracés prévus fournis, il pourra s’arrêter pour se reposer aux points de ravitaillement disloqués tout au long du parcours, pour arriver à la destination de Sestriere.
Les catégories du HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE sont:
- HAT Vintage, réservé aux motos immatriculées avant 1993,
- HAT Discovery, le niveau d’entrée, un parcours divisé en deux journées sans le roulage de nuit.
- HAT Classic, la balade traditionnelle de 24 heures avec le roulage en nocturne
- HAT Extreme, dédié aux plus hardis, avec 36 heures de roulage et deux nocturnes, avec un nombre limité de participants.
- Le HAT EXTREME 1000, réservé aux motards qui ont participé au HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE EXTREME au moins une fois.
Les dates du déroulement de l’événement sont: du 8 au 10 septembre 2023.
Le lieu de rencontre et de départ se trouve à Sanremo (IM). L’arrivée est à Sestrières (TO).
IMPORTANT: Pour participer au HAT SANREMO – SESTRIERE il est mandataire adhérer à l’Association OVER2000RIDERS+AICS, selon la formule qui vous pouvez trouver dans la page «Adhésion à l’Association» du web site www.over2000riders.com. Il est possible adhérer à l’Association en même temps que s’inscrire au HAT 2023, en faisant une seule commande en ligne et un seul paiement. La carte d’adhésion sera déjà valable à partir du dixième jour après la date du paiement de votre inscription et on peut l’utiliser déjà de cette date.
ATTENTION : L’inscription en ligne au HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE constitue seulement une réservation simple avec validité de 2 semaines. Le HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE en est à sa 15ème édition, et nous sommes en train d’explorer des nouvelles initiatives afin de rendre cette manifestation encore plus attractive et plus fun.
La ville de départ sera toujours Sanremo, en Ligurie. Nous confirmons la première portion du parcours par l’arrière-pays Ligure, à travers les villages de Bajardo, d’Apricale et de Pigna, et le nouveau tronçon de route de Vie Marenche, un itinéraire qui les participants ont déjà eu l’occasion d’apprécier.
- La catégorie HAT dénommée «VINTAGE» d’une durée d’un seul jour le samedi 8 septembre, est réservée aux motos immatriculées avant 1993, avec une route spécifique, destinée à ceux qui souhaitent utiliser leur moto «classique» sur un parcours ADVENTOURING. Le HAT VINTAGE débutera samedi matin et se terminera le samedi soir à BOVES (Cuneo).
- Le HAT DISCOVERY durera deux jours. Il sera possible d’y participer seul ou en équipe de deux/trois motards. Le parcours du premier jour coïncidera avec cela de la catégorie CLASSIC. La nuit du samedi au dimanche dans l’aire du village de Boves (Cuneo) est à la charge du participant. On redémarre le dimanche matin par une partie du parcours du Classic avec des nouveaux tronçons de tout-terrain. C’est l’occasion idéale pour ceux qui souhaitent connaitre notre événement, en vivent l’atmosphère du voyage sans l’engagement du guide pendant 24 heures consécutives et surtout sans le roulage de nuit.
- Le HAT CLASSIC est la version traditionnelle, adaptée aux motards expérimentés qui veulent s’essayer à une 24 heures non-stop avec conduite nocturne. Il part le samedi matin et arrive le dimanche après-midi à Sestriere. Par rapport à l’édition de 2023, sont prévus de nouveaux tronçons de chemins de terre.
- Pour le HAT EXTREME le nombre de places est limité à 140. Il débutera le vendredi soir et se termine à Sestriere le dimanche après-midi. Il s’agit d’un véritable voyage de la durée d’environ 40-42 heures, sur un parcours d’environ 900 km. Les motards bénéficient tout au long du parcours du support logistique des points de restauration indiqués et d’un dédié point équipé à l’intérieur pour se reposer. Le transit à Punta Fraiteve à 2700 mètres d’altitude est confirmé, avec sa descente difficile vers Sestriere.
- Le HAT EXTREME 1000 est la version célébratoire de la 15ème édition du HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE, il est destiné uniquement à ceux qui veulent vraiment vivre une expérience de voyage aventureux en solitaire, le long de parcours difficiles, un défi pour tester vos compétences de conduite et de navigation, mais en toute sécurité en pouvant compter sur l’assistance de l’organisation. Le nombre de places est limité à 40 et le EXTREME 1000 est réservé aux motards qui ont participé au HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE EXTREME au moins une fois. Il commence le vendredi soir et se termine à Sestriere le dimanche après-midi. Il s’agit d’un véritable voyage d’environ 44 heures, sur un parcours d’environ 1000 km. Les pilotes pourront bénéficier du soutien logistique et de services réservés à la catégorie EXTREME 1000. Pour des raisons de sécurité liées à la fatigue accumulée pendant l'événement, nous conseillons aux participants de cette catégorie en particulier de passer la nuit à Sestriere à la fin de l'événement. Dans la section INFO ci-dessous, vous trouverez les hôtels participants.
Les motos admises à l’événement sont les pluri-cylindres trails et les monocylindres non spécialisés, avec un poids supérieur à 150 kg, équipés de dispositif d’éclairage parfaitement fonctionnant et avec les spécifications techniques qui respectent le Code de la Route.
Critères des motos et catégories particulières
- Dans une équipe il est admis une seule moto avec un poids inférieur à 150 kg, en conséquence cette équipe sera composé de 2 motos avec poids supérieur à 150 km et 1 moto inférieure à 150 kg.
- Les pilotes de sexe féminin peuvent participer avec une moto de poids inférieur à 150 kg à condition que cela soit un moteur 4 temps
- Les pilotes mineurs peuvent participer avec moto de poids inférieur à 150 kg (mais dans la même équipe devra être présent un des parents du mineur).
- Pour les scooters il n’existe pas de limite de poids, mais ils doivent avoir une cylindrée supérieure à 125 ccs.
Les participants de moins de 21 ans au moment de l’inscription vont bénéficier d’une réduction sur les frais de participation indiquée sur le formulaire d’inscription.

- Ore 19:30 – 20.30: Briefing per tutti partecipanti alla EXTREME 1000, EXTREME, CLASSIC, DISCOVERY e VINTAGE. A seguire serata HAT Sponsor con la presenza di prestigiosi personaggi del mondo dei viaggi e del turismo avventura presso il Casino di Sanremo

“FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED”… L’ORDINE DI PARTENZA VIENE STILATO IN BASE ALLA DATA DI ISCRIZIONE: STESSA REGOLA PER TUTTI GLI EVENTI HAT SERIES.
La partecipazione alla manifestazione nelle versioni CLASSIC e EXTREME è consentita solo a piloti facenti parte di un gruppo composto da tre–quattro motociclisti. Per le versioni DISCOVERY e VINTAGE è possibile partecipare singolarmente o in un gruppo di 2-3 piloti. La versione EXTREME 1000 è dedicata a piloti singoli che abbiano già partecipato ad una HAT EXTREME almeno una volta.
Ciascun pilota del gruppo deve provvedere individualmente sia alla propria iscrizione tramite modulo online, sia al pagamento tramite bonifico.
Le registrazioni degli iscritti a tutte le categorie della HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE si terranno esclusivamente il venerdì pomeriggio a Sanremo dalle 12 alle 19. E’ richiesta la massima puntualità nella fase di iscrizione e di consegna/ritiro della documentazione. Vi ricordiamo che tutti i componenti del gruppo di piloti devono presentarsi insieme (è accettata ma sconsigliata la presenza di un solo componente che dovrà sia consegnare che ritirare l’intera documentazione degli altri partecipanti del gruppo). Alla registrazione devono essere presentati i seguenti documenti:
- copia del bonifico pagamento
- tessera OVER2000RIDERS AICS. Coloro che hanno fatto la tessera OVER2000RIDERS AICS e non ne fossero ancora in possesso, la ritireranno insieme alla documentazione dell’evento
- manleva di responsabilità debitamente compilata e firmata
In questa sede verrà anche consegnato un sistema di rilevamento della posizione GPS che richiederà il versamento di 100 EUR a titolo di cauzione. Tale somma verrà restituita all’arrivo, alla riconsegna del dispositivo (vedi note successive).

- 19:30- 20:30 – Briefing of the event for all participants of all categories of HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE, followed by the HAT Night Sponsor Gallery with many important guests from motorcycling and tourism adventouring community in the Casino of Sanremo.
- 21:00 -22:00 Dinner reserved to participants to HAT EXTREME in a seaside restaurant.
- 23:00 Start of the HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE EXTREME and HAT EXTREME 1000 from the square.
Saturday, September 9th
- From 09:00 to 12:30 the HAT Village will be open in the meeting square
- From 9:00 to 10:30 start of the PRESS, HAT DISCOVERY and HAT VINTAGE

- 11:00 opening of the HAT Village in Sestriere
- From 12:00 to 16:00 arrival of all HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE participants at SESTRIERE in KANDAHAR square.
- From 12:00 to 16:00. Certificates of attendance will be presented to participants at Sestriere ATL premises. Possibility to have refreshments in nearby bars.
- From 17:00 to 18:00 award ceremony of the participants belonging to the special categories that finished the HAT. Closing of the 15th HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE.

“FIRST IN, FIRST OUT”… THE STARTING ORDER IS DEFINED ACCORDING TO THE DATE OF YOUR REGISTRATION TO THE EVENT.
Participation to the HAT CLASSIC and EXTREME event is open only to bikers belonging to a team composed of three or four bikers. The HAT DISCOVERY and HAT VINTAGE is open to single bikers as well as to small teams of two/three bikers. The EXTREME 1000 is intended for single bikers who have already participated to no less than one HAT EXTREME. Please note that each biker must provide individually to its registration by the online form, as well as to the payment by bank transfer.
Check-in of the HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE DISCOVERY, VINTAGE, CLASSIC and EXTREME participants will take place exclusively on Friday afternoon in Sanremo from 12:00 to 19:00 o’clock in Sanremo. Be absolutely punctual at the check-in for picking up of documents. All members of the same team shall show up together at the check-in (It is accepted but discouraged the possibility for one team member to deliver and collect the documentation on behalf of other team members). All participants to HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE 2022 shall submit the following documents to the check-in staff:
- a printed copy of your bank transfer transaction
- the 2023 OVER2000RIDERS+AICS card (Please note: Bikers will pick the plastic card up on site together with the HAT documentation).
- the copy of the document of indemnity for the organization, filled in and undersigned
During the check-in, each team shall be given a tracker for which a deposit of 100 €/team is required. This amount shall be refunded on arrival in Sestriere, against return of the tracker (see relevant notes below).

PREMIER ENTRÉ PREMIER SORTI: L’ORDRE DE DÉPART EST ÉTABLI EN FONCTION DE LA DATE DE VOTRE INSCRIPTION A L’ ÉVÉNEMENTS.
La participation au HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE Classic et Extreme est autorisée uniquement aux pilotes faisant partie d’un groupe (team) composé de trois ou de quatre motocyclistes. On peut participer aux catégories DISCOVERY et VINTAGE également seul, ou en équipe de 2-3 motards. La catégorie EXTREME 1000 s’adresse aux motards en solo, qui ont déjà participé au HAT EXTREME au moins un fois. Chaque pilote du groupe doit s’occuper individuellement de son inscription online, de son adhésion à l’Association OVER2000RIDERS + AICS et de son paiement par virement bancaire.
Les enregistrements (check-in) au HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE se tiendront exclusivement le vendredi après- midi de 12h00 à 19h00. Nous exigeons une très grande ponctualité dans la phase de l’enregistrement pour la remise et le retrait de la documentation de l’événement. Pour rappel, tous les participants du groupe doivent se présenter ensemble, (il est accepté, mais déconseillé de se présenter seul à l’enregistrement, car on doit livrer et retirer tous les documents des autres coéquipiers). A l’enregistrement il faut présenter les documents suivants:
- copie du virement bancaire
- carte OVER2000RIDERS+AICS: la carte plastique OVER2000RIDER+AICS vous sera délivrée au check-in ainsi que le reste de la documentation.
- décharge de responsabilité déjà remplie et signée.
Il vous sera remis un dispositif de localisation GPS de position qui exigera une avance de 100 EUR – à titre de caution. Cette somme vous sera rendue à l’arrivée à Sestrières à la remise de ce dispositif (voir notes).

INFORMAZIONI GENERALI:
La partenza avrà luogo nella città di SANREMO (IM) e l’arrivo presso la cittadina di SESTRIERE (TO) per tutte le categorie HAT. La partenza e l’arrivo della HAT sono in due località distinte e distanti tra loro circa 270 km di strada asfaltata, coloro che utilizzeranno furgone e/o carrello per recarsi alla partenza dovranno provvedere autonomamente alla logistica per il rientro. Pernottamento sabato notte per i partecipanti alla versione DISCOVERY nella zona di Boves. Termine manifestazione dopo cena a Boves per la versione VINTAGE.
Questa edizione si svolgerà sotto l’egida della A.I.C.S. Associazione Italiana Turismo Sport con il patrocinio della Regione Piemonte, della Regione Liguria e delle provincie di Imperia, Savona, Cuneo e Torino. Con l’iscrizione ad OVER2000RIDERS si accede alle polizze assicurative previste di cui potete prendere visione sul sito ufficiale di AICS.
Al momento della registrazione all’evento, ogni partecipante, dopo aver consegnato i documenti richiesti, riceverà il pacco evento con gadget e ticket per i ristori.
Ai passaggi ai vari punti di ristoro, ciascun partecipante dovrà consegnare il ticket relativo per avere accesso al ristoro stesso.
L’ordine di partenza sarà determinato dalla data in cui i gruppi partecipanti si saranno iscritti alla manifestazione nei mesi precedenti: chi si è iscritto prima, partirà prima. Chi non sarà presente al proprio turno di partenza, partirà in coda all’ultimo gruppo in programma.
Ai partecipanti regolarmente iscritti verrà inviato via email entro il 30 agosto il programma definitivo dettagliato con indirizzi, orari e quanto necessario per la partecipazione, oltre alla traccia GPS (in formato .gpx) dei percorsi possibili sia sterrati che asfaltati necessari al raggiungimento dei punti di ristoro e controllo di passaggio.
Per coloro che utilizzeranno il servizio trasporto bagagli viene accettata n°1 borsa/cad partecipante delle dimensioni massime di 40cmx40cmx70cm che verrà ritirata presso il piazzale partenze a SANREMO e consegnata la domenica a SESTRIERE.
Per garantire il massimo della sicurezza di partecipanti sarà in funzione un servizio di rilevamento della posizione dei gruppi – singoli durante tutta la durata della manifestazione h24 mediante tracker GSM, utile anche per acquisire le necessarie informazioni in caso di difficoltà. Il sistema fornito da società esterna specializzata e gestito dal nostro Servizio Tecnico utilizzerà un rilevatore di posizione che verrà consegnato a ciascun gruppo di partecipanti alla partenza e dovrà esser restituito al termine della manifestazione all’arrivo a SESTRIERE. Alla consegna del dispositivo a Sanremo in sede di registrazione del gruppo dovrà essere versata la quota di 100 EUR/ciascun gruppo a titolo di cauzione che verrà restituita all’arrivo. In caso di ritiro di uno o più componenti tale dispositivo dovrà in ogni caso essere riconsegnato, pena la perdita della cauzione. La riconsegna potrà avvenire all’arrivo a SESTRIERE. Qualora fosse assolutamente impossibile restituire fisicamente il dispositivo prima della chiusura della manifestazione, esso dovrà essere spedito con posta prioritaria al fornitore con spese a carico del mittente.
Con la restituzione del dispositivo di rilevamento posizione si considera che l’intero gruppo si sia ritirato in modo definitivo dalla manifestazione.
Ai partecipanti che arriveranno a Sestriere dopo la lunga traversata verrà consegnato l’Attestato di partecipazione e di arrivo. Inoltre, è previsto il bollino HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE 100% MARATHON PRIZE che verrà consegnato solo ai partecipanti che avranno rispettato tutti i passaggi ai punti di controllo ed avranno quindi percorso l’intero tragitto, senza tagli, né deviazioni. Il bollino 100% verrà inviato in formato jpeg ai gruppi meritevoli, dopo attenta verifica dei percorsi registrati dal tracker da parte dello staff tecnico, qualche giorno dopo la fine della manifestazione.
La quota di iscrizione ha solo titolo di rimborso spese per l’organizzazione della manifestazione, le spese vive di iscrizione all’associazione, predisposizione dei punti di ristoro, assistenza sanitaria come indicato, materiale pubblicitario della manifestazione (maglie, gadgets ecc..).
A giudizio dell’organizzazione, in caso di condizioni meteorologiche sfavorevoli, la manifestazione potrà subire una variazione di programma sia prima dell’inizio della medesima che durante il suo svolgimento.

Tali variazioni non saranno motivo di richiesta da parte degli iscritti di alcun tipo di risarcimento della quota di partecipazione o di parte di essa.
Con l’inizio della partenza del primo gruppo di partecipanti si considera la manifestazione iniziata (per tutte e tre le versioni Discovery, Extreme e Classic) pertanto le possibili variazioni di programma ed eventuali sospensioni successive non costituiranno motivo di richiesta di rimborsi della quota di partecipazione.
Nel caso di annullamento della manifestazione per motivi non dipendenti dalla volontà degli organizzatori verranno rimborsate ai partecipanti le quote d’iscrizione con esclusione del costo della tessera OVER2000RIDERS + oneri fissi pari a 100 EUR totali (quindi quota rimborsata = quota d’iscrizione meno 100 EUR). Il costo del bonifico di rimborso sarà a carico dei beneficiari.
In caso di rinuncia alla partecipazione se la rinuncia verrà comunicata via email entro il 30 maggio, la quota versata potrà essere rimborsata per una quota parte del 30%. Dopo il 30 maggio 2023, in caso di rinuncia alla partecipazione, non verrà più rimborsata nessuna somma della quota versata.
Dopo tale data alcun motivo di rinuncia potrà essere considerato valido per richiedere il rimborso dell’intera e di una sola parte della quota versata (infortuni, rinunce per forza maggiore ecc).
I partecipanti si impegnano formalmente a non divulgare a terzi le tracce GPS del percorso consegnato né di quello effettuato. Questo al fine di evitare che questi itinerari vengano percorsi con comportamenti ed atteggiamenti non in sintonia con quelli dell’Associazione.
Oltre a quanto indicato nella quota non è prevista altra assistenza ai soci partecipanti, né di carattere meccanico ne’ il recupero dei mezzi né di altro genere se non quelle comprese nelle polizze AICS.
Verrà richiesto ai partecipanti di firmare un documento di manleva di responsabilità per coloro che hanno organizzato l’evento e che effettueranno l’assistenza, finalizzata a fornire solo un supporto logistico attraverso la predisposizione di punti di ristoro.
Nell’attraversamento di centri abitati ed in prossimità dei punti ristoro, considerato che in alcuni casi sarà in orario notturno, si richiede un comportamento rispettoso, procedendo a velocità molto bassa, evitando i rumori inutili e molesti, spegnendo le moto appena fermi, insomma usando semplicemente il buon senso!

GENERAL INFORMATION:
The starting point is the city of SANREMO (in the province of Imperia) and the arrival is at Sestriere (in the province of Turin) for HAT EXTREME, EXTREME 1000, CLASSIC, DISCOVERY and VINTAGE. The distance between the two places, where the tour starts from and ends, is about 270 km on asphalted road. Therefore, if you use a van and/or trailer for motorcycle transportation, you have to autonomously organize your return. Participants of the HAT DISCOVERY will stay overnight in the area of Boves (nearby Cuneo). Finish of the HAT VINTAGE.
This edition takes place under the aegis of the AICS, Italian Association for Culture and Sport, Regione Piemonte and Regione Liguria as well as the Provinces of Imperia, Savona, Cuneo and Turin. The membership of OVER2000RIDERS+AICS includes insurance policies. See insurance provisions on AICS official Web-site www.aics.it.
At the check-in participants shall hand over to OVER2000RIDERS all required documents and they will receive the bag of the event including the tickets for the refreshment points, to be delivered to access the point.
The starting order is established on the basis of the date in which the teams place their HAT 2023 online purchasing orders and pay the relevant sum accordingly. The sooner the better!
To access to the refreshment points each participant shall hand over the relevant ticket to get the refreshments. Tickets will be given to participants together with the event bag.
A few days before the event, aproximately around August 30th, confirmed participants will be emailed the definitive detailed programme showing locations, working hours of refreshment points and all necessary information for the HAT as well as the GPS tracks of the possible HAT routes both on dirt and on asphalt roads.
For those who will use the luggage transportation service, please note: it is accepted only one item/each; maximum sizes are 40cmx40cmx70cm. Luggage will be collected at the starting square in SANREMO and delivered on Sunday in SESTRIERE. For HAT DISCOVERY there will be an intermediate delivery in BOVES.
In order to improve safety of participants we organized a service of positioning detection of the teams during the event by using a tracker. This system is useful also to acquire the necessary information in case of difficulties. This system is provided by a specialized third company and managed by our technical staff. It consists in a tracker that will be delivered to each team at start and shall be returned to the staff at the end in Sestriere.
During the check-in, each team shall be given this tracker for which a deposit of 100 €/team is required. This amount shall be refunded on arrival in Sestriere, against return of the tracker. In case of withdrawal from the tour of one or more team members, this tracker must be returned in any case, otherwise the deposit will be withheld. The tracker can be returned at the arrival in Sestriere. If it is impossible to return the tracker directly, you are kindly requested to send it by first class mail/courier to the Supplier at your charge.
When the tracker is returned, the whole team will be considered definitively withdrawn.
Those participants, who will arrive in Sestriere after this long effort, shall be given a Testimonial of participation and arrival. In addition, there will be the “HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE 100% MARATHON PRIZE” Testimonial that will be presented only to those participants who made not only all the stops at the refreshment and check-in points, but also the whole route with no shortcuts or detours from the provided route. The 100% stamp will be sent as a file in jpeg format only to those teams who deserved it, a few days after the end of the event. Our technical staff will carefully verify the tracks recorded by the tracker and establish which teams made it or not.
The entry fee is just a reimbursement of the expenses made by the event organization; current expenses for membership to the association; preparation of refreshment stands; medical assistance as shown, advertising material (tee-shirts, gadgets and so on).
In case of bad weather conditions, the organization is entitled to decide some changes of the tour programme before the start as well as during the tour.
At the incontestable discretion of our association, in case of changes due to new regulations and rules that govern access and transit on roads of the routes, the event programme may be subject to changes both before its start and during it. Anyway, any change of programme shall not be ground for claims of full or partial refund of the entry fee.
The event is considered started when the first team of participants (of EXTREME 1000, EXTREME, CLASSIC, DISCOVERY and VINTAGE) has left the starting point; any further changes in programme cannot be reasons to require a refund of the entry fee.
In case of cancellation of the event due to reasons not dependent on Over2000riders will, the entry fee shall be reimbursed to participants, except for the amount of the OVER2000RIDERS+AICS membership card + fixed costs, that is 100 EURs total (entry fee minus 100 EUR). The costs of the bank transfer shall be charged to the payee.
Should a Participant withdraw from this event, he/she must inform about it the Association no later than May 31th by email to segreteria@over2000riders.com. In this case, the 30% of fee paid for this event may be reimbursed. After May 31th 2023 in case of withdrawal from this event, no payment of the fee shall be refunded and no reason, including health or force majeure, will be considered valid to apply for a refund of all or part of the entry fee already paid.
Participants formally undertake to not disclose to third parties the uploaded GPS tracks of the suggested and assigned routes neither the route that has been actually covered. The aim of this condition is to avoid that other people could ride on these same itineraries behaving and acting disrespectfully of our Association’s principles.
No mechanical assistance, no recovery of motorcycles, no other services than those listed in the “Individual entry fee includes the following” paragraph, and no assistance other than the medical one shall be provided to participants, if not included in the AICS insurance policies.
Participants shall be required to subscribe a waiver document which relieves the organizers of all responsibility. Please note that the organizers provide only logistic support through the assistance and refreshment stands.
When you are crossing populated areas and nearby the refreshment points, especially at night-time, you are highly recommended to keep a respectful behaviour, to slow speed down, to avoid any disturbance and to turn the motorcycle off in case of stops. Please use your common sense!

Le départ du HAT aura lieu à SANREMO (IM) et l’arrivée à SESTRIÈRES (TO) pour toutes les catégories HAT. La distance entre ces deux localités par les routes nationales est d’environ 270 km. Ceux qui laissent leur véhicule de transport au départ de Sanremo doivent s’occuper de leur retour à partir de Sestrières d’une manière autonome. Les participants du HAT DISCOVERY passeront la nuit dans les hôtels de la région de CUNEO. L’arrivée de la catégorie VINTAGE est à Boves.
Cette édition se déroulera sous l’égide de la AICS Association Italienne pour le Tourisme, Sport et Culture, avec le patronage de la Région Piémont et de la Région Ligurie et des Provinces de Imperia, Savone, Cuneo et Turin. A l’enregistrement (check-in) à Sanremo chaque participant remettra les documents au personnel et va recevoir le sac-cadeau comprenant les tickets pour les points de ravitaillement.
Chaque participant devra donner son ticket pour avoir accès aux points de restauration.
L’ordre de départ sera déterminé selon la date d’inscription de votre équipe au HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE, en faisant la commande en ligne et en règlent le paiement relatif. L’équipe qui s’inscrit plus tôt, va partir tôt. Ceux qui ne seront pas présents à leur tour de départ partiront après la dernière équipe.
Les participants régulièrement inscrits recevront par mail dans le 30 aout le programme définitif et détaillé avec les adresses, les horaires et tous les documents nécessaires pour participer ainsi que les traces GPS (en format .gpx) des différents parcours sur route et hors route nécessaires pour rejoindre les points de restauration et les points de contrôle de passage.
Transport de bagages: Pour ceux qui utiliseront ce service, nous acceptons 1 sac par participant, aux dimensions maximums de 40 x 40 x 70 cm. Ce bagage sera pris en charge sur l’esplanade du départ à SANREMO et livré le dimanche à l’arrivée à SESTRIÈRES. Pour les participants au DISCOVERY, il sera délivré à Boves et pris en charge le dimanche matin.
Pour améliorer la sécurité des participants, est prévu un service de localisation 24h sur 24 des équipes ou individuels pendant toute la durée du HAT, à traverse d’un tracker. Nous pouvons ainsi recevoir les informations utiles et nécessaires en cas de difficultés d’un participant et agir immédiatement. Ce système est fourni par une société spécialisée externe et géré par notre Assistance Technique. Il s’agit d’un dispositif de suivi qui sera délivré à chaque équipe et qui devra être rendu à la fin de l’événement à l’arrivée à SESTRIÈRE. A le retrait de ce traceur GPS à Sanremo, lors du check-in du groupe, une caution de 100 EUR sera demandée à chaque équipe. Ce montant sera restitué à l’arrivée à SESTRIÈRES contre la remise du traceur. Si pour une raison indépendante de votre volonté ou si quelqu’un du groupe ne peut pas remettre le tracker à temps à Sestrières, vous pouvez le renvoyer par courrier prioritaire à l’organisateur, les frais d’envoi étant à votre charge. Dès lors, par la restitution du traceur GPS, nous considérerons que tout le groupe s’est retiré de l’évènement.
Les participants qui arriveront à Sestriere après cette longue balade seront récompensé par le Certificat de participation et d’arrivée. Il est prévu aussi la vignette HAT SANREMO SESTRIERE 100% MARATHON PRIZE qui sera délivrée seulement aux participants qu’auront respecté tous les passages aux points de contrôle et auront donc parcouru l’entière route, sans raccourcis, ni déviations. Le vignette 100% sera envoyée en format jpeg aux groupes méritants, lorsque que le personnel technique aura vérifié les traces des parcours enregistrés par le traceur, quelques jours après la fin de d’événement.
Les coûts de l’inscription soutiennent le remboursement des frais de l’organisation de l’événement, les dépenses actives d’inscription à l’association, les réservations des points de restauration, les soins de santé comme indiqué, du matériel publicitaire de l’événement (T-shirt, gadgets etc…).
Au seul jugement de l’organisation en cas de conditions météo défavorables, l’événement pourra subir une variation de programme, soit avant le début de celle-ci que pendant son déroulement.

Dès le départ de la première équipe de participants nous considérons l’événement comme débuté (des trois catégories EXTREME, CLASSIC et DISCOVERY). Les éventuelles modifications de programme ne pourront pas constituer un motif de demande d’un quelconque remboursement.
ANNULATION: En cas d’annulation de l’événement par des raisons indépendantes de la volonté des organisateurs, nous remboursons aux participants les frais d’inscription sans le prix de la carte OVER2000RIDERS + les frais fixes pour un total de 100 EUR (frais remboursés = frais d’inscription – 100 EUR). Le coût du virement de remboursement sera à la charge du bénéficiaire.
En cas de renonciation à l’événement de la part d’un participant avant la date de 31 mai 2023, celui-ci est tenu à en envoyer immédiatement communication par mail à l’organisation. Le 30% du prix de votre inscription vous sera remboursé.
Après le 31 mai 2023, en cas de renonciation à la participation, aucun motif de renonciation ne sera considéré comme valable pour demander le remboursement de la totalité ou d’une seule partie de la cotisation versée (accidents, renonciations par force majeure, etc.) et aucun remboursement ne sera donc effectué.
Les participants s’engagent formellement à ne pas divulguer à des tiers les traces GPS reçues ni du parcours effectué. Ceci afin d’éviter que ces itinéraires ne soient parcourus par des personnes aux comportements contraires à l’éthique de l’Association.
Outre ce qui est indiqué dans les frais de participation, nous ne prévoyons aucune assistance aux participants, ni à caractère mécanique ou de récupération de véhicules, ni à d’autre types d’intervention que celles qui sont comprises dans les polices AICS.
Nous demandons aux participants de signer un document de décharge de responsabilité envers les organisateurs qui ont mis sur pieds l’évènement et qui effectuent l’assistance en fournissant seulement un support logistique des points de restauration.
Lorsque vous traversez des centres habités ou en proximité des points de restauration, en particulier la nuit, nous vous demandons d’adopter un comportement respectueux et approprié, en roulant à basse vitesse, évitant ainsi les bruits inutiles et gênants en éteignant le moteur à peine arrêté. En peu de mots, il faut tout simplement utiliser le bon sens pour que l’on puisse pérenniser cette magnifique opportunité qu’offre le HAT.
